ELIGIBILITY TO ENROLL
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to enroll, your children must be between 10 weeks and 12 years of age.

Step 1

Schedule a tour of the center by completing the request form. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to confirm availability at the requested time.

Receive the enrollment documents at the tour.

Your child's first day!
Step 2

Meet with the Center Director to discuss additional questions and share your goals for enrolling your child in Ready, Set, Go, Learn Childcare. Determine your child's start date.
Step 4

Complete the enrollment forms, along with immunization records, Physical, other forms needed in the packet and pay the registration fee and first week's tuition.
Costs and Subsidies

We expect direct payment and accept the ELC Voucher.
